• If you are aware of any such possibilities or occurrence which may give rise to a claim from your public liability policy prior to any letters from the third party(s), please inform our Claims Department @ 6389 6116. A loss adjuster may be appointed to inspect and assess the loss.
  
  
• In the event the claimant submits a letter to you / your company pertaining to the above, please forward all documents received and unanswered to our office immediately upon receipt.
