• If you are aware of any such possibilities or occurrence(s) which may give rise to a potential claim please inform our Claims Department immediately.
  
  
• In the event the claimant (i.e. party making a claim against your company) submits a letter to you / your company pertaining to the above, please forward all documents received and unanswered to our office immediately upon receipt.
  
  
• Please note that it is the insured’s responsibility to mitigate losses and/or damages. Kindly ensure that no damaged items are disposed off without our prior consent and if possible, photographs of all damaged items be submitted to our office.
  
  
• Depending on the circumstance of the occurrence, we may, at our discretion, appoint a loss adjuster to inspect and assess the loss and would appreciate your full co-operation.
  
  
• Please do not admit liability without the prior consent of China Taiping Insurance Company (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
