Besides insuring your property on named perils basis, you can choose to insure your property such as furniture, fixtures & fittings, equipment, machinery and stock on an “All Risks” basis.

This insurance indemnifies you for loss of and/or damage to insured property as a result of accidental external cause except those which are specifically excluded under the policy. Some of the common exclusions are listed below :

	The excess mentioned in the Schedule in respect of each and every event of loss or damage.
	Loss or damage arising from wear & tear, depreciation, gradual deterioration, rust, corrosion etc.
	The scratching or denting of any article; or cracking or breakage of glass, china earthenware, marble etc.
	War invasion act of foreign enemy hostilities or warlike operation (whether war be declared or not).
	Consequential loss, damage or liability of any kind of description.
